Q5: I want to switch from Long Sprint to Short Sprint (or vice versa). How can I do this?

Answer:

For switching tracks: Visit our registration form and select your preferred track, then complete the assessment for that track before the registration window closes and the cohort begins. Important Notes:

● Long Sprint Track (6 months): Requires prior knowledge in data science/programming

● Short Sprint Track (3 months): No prior knowledge required

Q6: I want to switch my course within my sprint track?

Answer:

Step 1: If you’re already accepted into a course and want to change it to another within your sprint track, you must fill out our Support Form and select ‘Course Change Request as your required support to notify us.

Step 2: Navigate to the profile page on your 3MTT portal. On the “Personal information “section you’ll find a field called Deeptech Course

Step 3: A course will always appear by default(the default will not show on your dashboard until you click on a course of choice), make sure to update the default and select/click a course to update and make a course choice, then click the “save and proceed” button at the bottom right to save your course choice.

Step 4: Navigate back to your dashboard and confirm your course is now reflecting your choice

Q7: My 3MTT dashboard is not reflecting my chosen course

Answer:

2. Complete your foundational learning there

3. Apply for the next DeepTech cohort when you have the required background Alternatively:

Q13: How do I choose my Applied Learning Center?

Answer:

Step 1: Fill out the ALC form included in your acceptance email

Step 2: Select the center closest to your current location

Step 3: Most states have one learning center - you'll be automatically mapped to your state's center

Step 4: If your preferred hub isn't listed, select the closest available option

Answer: Yes, if you've relocated:

Step 1: fill out our Support Form and select ‘Applied Learning Center(ALC) Change Request as your required support to notify us.

Step 2: We'll remap you to the nearest ALC in your new area within 72hrs.

Q16: What are the program requirements and deadlines?

Answer: Weekly Requirements:

● Quiz submissions: Every Friday by 11:59 PM

● Assignment submissions: Every Sunday by 11:59 PM

● Social media reflections with program hashtags Attendance Requirements:

● Minimum 80% attendance for online sessions
